- The firm, Gosiame Development consultants (Pty) Ltd, was founded in 1998 to provide consulting services to discerning clients in the property and construction industry.

- Developing the environment to provide man's basic needs in respect of shelter and space at work, home and place of recreation at a minimum possible cost having due regard to the preservation of the natural environment for posterity.
